Anyone Know Who This Is?

The Advocate (biggest newspaper in Baton Rouge) wants to use the photo for their BabelCon article, and they would like the name of the center man (pencil to mouth) and little girl, if possible.

Its a good photo of gaming. I am guessing the newspaper loves all those games piled high and faced toward the camera.
