Hi all I'm considering doing a classic traveller game but need something more...fun for star-ship combat.

Of special concern is making them traveller compatible.  I'd be using traveller (original) with "story-teller" skill checks. Kind of a mish-mosh but would be a fun game. I think initially I only run it as a fill in when my regular game doesnt have a quorum but depending on how well its enjoyed it could blossom into something more.

I bought the Mongoose Traveller sourcebook about a year ago and have been DYING to play.

Let me know the deal!  I am super-interested.
