Howdy yall.
The name is Rick. I'm a US military member stationed in the New Orleans area for the next few years. I'm a pretty down to earth guy and I love a good gaming group. Looking for some casual groups. Preferably D&D 3.5, D20 or Vampire. I am really up for any game as long as the people are fun. Feel free to message me.

Welcome to the board, Rick!  There's a Pathfinder game looking for players as well as a 2nd edition game that's just starting up.

In addition, a new store is opening very soon; here's their website:

Happy gaming!

The Internet Oracle has pondered your question deeply. Your question was:
> Are there any games harder than Nethack?

And in response, thus spake the Oracle:
} Life is pretty tough, everyone I know ends up dying.

I'm actually at the store today Rick and am helping the owner, Jeremy, finish up some last minute details. While I hate to give a firm date for the opening, it could be as soon as a couple weeks.

TO be honest I've never played AD&D 2nd Ed. I started with 3rd due mainly to being a vampire/mage gamer before that. I would be interested in trying it out. Sunday at startbucks. I can swing that. Anyone gonna need a a ride or anything?

Also, I have a long weekend and not much to do after work each day. So if they could use another person to help with getting the store up and running let me know. I'm always down to help fellow gamers.

I'd like to welcome a fellow military member to the area.  I'm in the Coast Guard, stationed at the Sector in Algiers.  What service are you in? Cheesy

Thanks cyber. I am in the Navy but I'm stationed with the Marines. Corpsman type. Right now I work across the river from Algiers. Thank you Clay. Message me on here or email me at disruptingtheorder@yahoo.com so we can plan it out a little.
