I just moved to Nola, I've been playing tabletops for years. I'm really trying to find a group of relaxed fun people to get together with. I've played D&D 3.5, D20 Modern, Shadowrun, Star Wars, Mutants and Masterminds, and I've read most of the rules for Gamma World. I've also Dm'd a few times in 3.5, and would be willing to DM again just to get back into it.

Welcome!  an FYI, Courtney from the meetup group was looking to get into a game in town.  She just moved here.  Our game is 4th and she prefers 3.5.  Unfortunately I am playing in two 4th edition games.  Might want to take a look and see if you can get her going.  I know of at least 3 people who are looking for games in the city itself.
