Tracks that were represented were Babel X (paranormal), Ani-Babel (anime), Hobbit Trax, Harry Potter, Adventures in Gamelot (gaming), Le Petit Faire (Ren fair), SCA, and our opening/closing shows.  No Star Wars, LARP, Star Trek, or Horror reps were present, however.  The Star Wars and LARP reps said they would do their best to show up at a future meeting.


MINUTES:
-Meeting opened at 2:00 pm.
-Introduction of characters.
-Board of Directors gave their individual reports.
-Discussion of venue.
-Fundraising discussion.
-Guest list was talked about.
-Corporate and local sponsors pondered. Sydney mentioned that Feb.16 starts the flea market fundraising.
-Babel X (paranormal track) discussion.
-Hobbit Trax (kids track) suggestions were made.
-Le Petit Faire (Ren Fair & Fantasy track) discussion. SCA involvement, Bedlam Bards, The Duelists, Celtic Society, Harry Potter, and Jedi Knighting ceremonies were talked about.
-Opening & closing shows discussed.
-Ani-Babel (anime track) discussed. Cosplay, anime music videos, anime card games, anime Sci-Fi movies, and anime voice actors were mentioned as possible additions. NazoCon rep was present.
-Adventures in Gamelot (gaming track) discussed. Gaming panels were offered, and new tournament games suggested, such as Yu-Gi-O, Pokemon, Wii, Halo, Smash Bros., Dance Dance Revolution (DDR), Guitar Hero, Guilty Gear, Soul Calibur, and Marvel vs. Capcom. This is in addition to our RPGA Living Greyhawk games, board games, card games, miniatures games, Dungeons & Dragons, and historical games.
-Next meeting was set for February 24th, same time & location.
-Meeting dismissed at 4:35 pm.
