Since leaving Halm, Ladron is distracted. The sound of running water echoing through the dark tunnels keeps replaying in his mind. His dreams disturbed by the image of a single drop of water falling from a stalactite in slow motion through a vast cavern and creating a thunderous roar when falling into a puddle on the floor of the cave.
