Level advancement will be as per Conan (p56-57) except as follows:

Feats: Characters gain 1 feat at each odd level: 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, 13th, 15th, 17th, 19th. This is in addition to bonus feats by class and race. This is more frequent than the Conan standard (1 and first than every third level thereafter).
Single Ability Increases: Characters gain a permanent +1 to any one of his ability scores at each even level: 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th. This is more frequent than the Conan standard (one at 4th and then one every fourth level thereafter.
All Ability Increases: Unlike the Conan rules, characters do not gain a permanent +1 to all ability scores at 6th level and every 4 level thereafter. This is offset by the increased frequency of single ability increases.
