In a world near the Olympian plane lycanthropes are commonplace, with many tribes running towns and even guilds.  Over several decades, a negative force has tried to take control of the world.  An organization know as the Brotherhood was formed to combat the mobs of undead and renegade lycanthropes that has surfaced in response to the looming evil.  The story takes place following the adventures of a newly recruited team.  Currently, the team has been sent to a small town to investigate rumors of undead attacks made on the citizens.  While the majority of the group look around town, Suri checks out the surrounding woods and finds some suspicious ruins.   The group goes to investigate the next morning and discovers that the ruins are actually a necromancer’s lab, and they are severely outnumbered.  They return to town to rest and gather supplies.  That is were we pick up.


The group is making final preparations with they are approached by Antinua Glenedel, one of the leaders of the Brotherhood.  She informs the group that Snake is needed somewhere else.  So that the group doesn’t suffer from the lose of one of its members, Antinua introduces Griffith to the group.  The group fills Griffith in and they head off to towards the ruins.  Upon heading down into the laboratory, they discover that they face far less opposition than before.  After defeating the blood-bloated corpses,  the group starts searching the area and find hostages.  Iniax and Griffith volunteer to bring them back to town.  After hours of searching, Ursis finds a tunnel underneath the lab.  Suri leads the group through the tunnel, which ends at an exit to the woods outside the town.  They meet up with Iniax and Griffith, who still have the survivors in tow.  The town is under attack.  They try to come up with a plan when a group of acolytes from the city approach.  They had escaped the mayhem because they were out of the city gathering herbs.  While Ursis, Iniax, and Tawni try to get as much  information out of the survivors, Suri and Talon do some recon on the situation.  The story from the survivors and recon confirm that the necromancer has started an assault against the Temple of Nike.  The group decided that the best move would be to rest up and try to mount the attack at full strength.
