lunch?

With both sombrenote and I looking on the web (craig's list, my space, live journal) for new gemer contacts this week we have a few new people who have joined the forum.   Do people want to meet for lunch just to put faces to names?

I'd suggest friday but I am busy from 11-1 this friday (11-30) and tomorrow (or today as I type this) seems a little too soon.  Maybe monday would be good or friday Dec 7?   I'm including all or you in this... loki who has a game with no openings, Kaos who wants GURPS, etc.  Just to meet, talk gaming, and have lunch.

I can do lunch thursday 11-29 but I suspect most of you wont see this in time.  So, thoughts?   I know a good Mediterranian place on Calhoun off S. Caliborne.  The parking isn't bad because its west of 90 but not far from the CBD.  (near Tulane)

Lunch is *always* kind of iffy for me.  My job takes me all around the lake and some times around the state and MS.  I do expect to be in the CBD tomorrow afternoon sometime but no idea when.

Tomorrow isn't the best day for me anyway.  Maybe next week?   I can do lunch on most days with short notice.  Only days I can't is when I am already doing lunch with someone else.  I like to take the hour away from work.
