This skill allows the character to engage in meaningful debates, impressing others with their mental faculties. Haggling: Cha The bazaar is a place of give and take, where steep prices are demanded and modest amounts are paid. Without this skill, characters will usually end up paying the asking price of goods. Successful use of this skill will result in paying average or even bargain prices. Of course, it is of use to those who wish to sell goods as well. Notice: Wis This skill combines the two standard skills listen and spot. Generally speaking, bonuses and penalties in the rules that apply to either skill will apply to Notice. There may be exceptions depending on the sense used to notice something. Sneak: Dex This skill combines the two standard skills hide and move silently. Generally speaking, bonuses and penalties in the rules that apply to either skill will apply to Sneak. There may be exceptions depending on the method of sneaking used.
