I am thinking doing a meetup once a month at some place for food is the right way to go.  I suppose we could have a meetup at a con if enough of us were going.

Assuming we are meeting for food or some gaming activity, what is the best time?  I know for me, nights during the week are difficult.  This implies that weekend lunch or dinner is the best time.   I know some people will have religious commitments which is why I suggested alternating saturday and sunday.

My group games on saturday night so we could break for a meetup but we wouldn't want to spend a lot of time doing that.  So for me, saturday or sunday lunch is the best time.
